【蒜蓉油菜】材料:油菜500克、油盐适量、大蒜5瓣、水淀粉适量、鸡精1茶匙
做法:

1.将油菜投洗干净,大蒜切成末

2.将油菜根部切掉

3.再将油菜切成4份,其余依样做好

4.锅加水烧开,水中加入少许盐,下入油菜焯水,将油菜焯水至颜色变深

5.将油菜捞出放在冷水中投凉,捞出攥净水待用

6.锅加油烧热,下入蒜蓉,小火将蒜蓉炒香

7.下入油菜翻炒均匀

8.加入盐,鸡精翻炒均匀,淋入水淀粉,加热至汤汁变得粘稠,关火,盛出即可

小贴士:油菜焯水时,水中加入少许盐,会使油菜变得更翠绿,焯水后放在冷水中投凉,能保持油菜的脆嫩,油菜焯水时间不要过长
