【猪头肉拌黄瓜】
材料:熟猪头肉250克、黄瓜2根、香菜1棵、香油1汤匙、辣椒油1汤匙、盐适量、大蒜3瓣、生抽酱油1汤匙、白糖1/2汤匙、米醋1汤匙、芝麻1/2汤匙
做法:

1.准备好所需材料,黄瓜和香菜冲洗干净

2.将熟猪头肉切成片待用

3.将黄瓜用刀背拍裂。在中间顺长划开,分成两半

4.再将黄瓜斜刀切成段

5.将香菜切成小段,大蒜切末

6.将猪头肉和黄瓜放在盆内,加入香菜,蒜末

小贴士:
1.黄瓜要拍裂再切成段,这样才能更好的入味,黄瓜的清香味也能充分出来
2.大蒜是不能缺少的,有提味、杀菌、解腻的作用
